Instruction is provided on navigating pump menus, describing the functions and purpose of the various hard and soft keys, and instruction on proper syringe loading and unloading. Step-by-step instruction shows how to program the following basic infusion modes: ml/hr, Volume/Time, and mcg/kg/min. The values, messages, and information on the pump display during the various programming steps are described and discussed. Pressure trending and related safety features shown on the pump display are described and discussed. 3.
