Innovation Express Call Under BSR Programme Matching Event in Berlin 230 cluster managers 27 countries 50 transnational co operation projects expected 8 regions / countries joint Innovation Express Cal BSR Innovation Express is a joint call for proposals implemented within the framework of the BSR Stars programme. The call is funded by national/regional funding agencies to initiate, develop or enhance transnational cluster cooperation activities leveraging cluster organisations (or similar) to develop proposals for their SME members 22
What Remains the same Cluster will play an important role in Renewing European Industry Cluster policy makers have to learn how to make better use out of clusters Custer policy is much more than only funding of cluster initiatives 23

Flashlights on Learnings from ClusteriX Project
CLUSTERIX Cross-Linked Cluster Innovation Point of departure: The most interesting collaborative project ideas arise at the intersection of different clusters. How to identify new technological or economic domains? (based on existing fields of strength / clusters)? How to (financially) support these developments? How to initiate and support cross regional / international collaboration?
