(Attached) The contract is in connection with a grant from the Accountability Court Funding Committee, and provides $328,78 in state funds to support the activities of Drug Court between July 1, 215 and June 3, 216. There is a $36,532 County match required. The document requires final approval from the County Attorney prior to the Chairman signing the contract. FUNDING: Funding match will come from the Drug Court FY16 budget. ALTERNATIVES: 1. Approve the contract subject to final approval from the County Attorney. Once the contract is executed, funds can be secured to support the activities of Drug Court. 2. Disapprove the contract. The contract cannot be executed and funds will not be available. 3. Defer the request. Funds will not be available until the contract is executed. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Alternative 1 to approve the contract and authorize the Chairman to execute the document upon approval from the County Attorney. FINANACE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to recommend to the Board of Commissioners approve the 216 annual contract between Glynn County and the Governor s Office - Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and authorize the Chairman to
