An applicant for the doctorate program should be a 615
registered nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing degree or a degree in another health related area. Date of Application : Prior to the examination dates, detailed information on that year s admission procedure are announced through the newspapers. Students may obtain application forms from the Office of Admission, Yonsei University. Entrance Examination : The entrance examinations are offered twice a year, June and December. Degree Requirements : Graduate students working toward the degree of Master of Science in Nursing must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 30 semester credit hours and candidates for the degree of Doctorate in Nursing must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 30 semester credit hours in addition to the 30 semester credit hours required for the master level. Candidates for both degrees are required to pass a comprehensive examination.
