Through the activities and workshops that we host, we give it our all to help people grow as successful managers and leaders; contributing to the growing startup ecosystem of India. Strengthning 'Intrapreneurship' Since we re well aware that most students still opt for Placements after college, we train them for Intrapreneurship where they can create a new business idea while being associated within the safe walls of an existing company.

About R.V. College About Us Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering (RVCE) was founded in the year 1963 with a Mission to Impart Quality Education to all sections of Society. The college, which has now completed more than 50 years, has grown into a place where excellence and allround personality development is very diligently imparted to its students. About Entrepreneurship Cell The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of RVCE, founded in 2007 stands tall as a student-run body with the goal of fostering the Entrepreneurial culture within the college campus, and beyond. The Cell stands out as a pioneering organization, having mentored myriad Start-Ups over the years. We at E-Cell, also provide opportunities for our members to widen their network within the Entrepreneurial world through the many events and speaker sessions that we organize.

Achievements April, 2007 : EDC, RVCE (Entrepreneurship Development Cell) was established October, 2007 April, 2008: Entrepreneurship survey was conducted in various colleges in three different camps October, 2008 : The first entrepreneurship camp student orientation workshop was conducted 2009 : NITIE Awards - RVCE was awarded the Recognition Award for Best College for Entrepreneurial Education June, 2014 :First Entrepreneurship Challenge was held with over 48 teams participating January, 2016 : Entrepreneurship Cell, RVCE won the National Entrepreneurship Challengeheld at IIT-Bombay January, 2016 : The first edition of E- Summit was held Stand up, India, Start-up India October, 2016 : The firstgyaan Session was held February, 2017 : The second edition of E- Summit was held based on the global nature of entrepreneurship.

Embark Start-Up Bootcamp E-Summit BEC Experior Embark is held each year as the inaugural event of the Entrepreneurship Cell. It s an ideation and innovation workshop open to all students of RVCE. Focuses on brainstorming, Idea Generation and Business-Plan creation. A panel of entrepreneurs have their own speaker sessions and declare the best business plan at the end of the event.

Embark Start-Up Bootcamp E-Summit BEC Experior Start-Up Bootcamp is essentially an extension of Embark. With an aim to mentor the ideas with potential feasibility, this Bootcamp provides a unique platform for enthusiastic and budding entrepreneurs to understand and gauge the entire process of pioneering a Start-Up company. Mentors assist students to refine and fine-tune their business idea to fit the current market requirements.

Embark Start-Up Bootcamp E-Summit BEC Experior Every month, E-Cell invites Entrepreneurs from various fields to share and motivate the students of the Cell. were started with a goal to foster the entrepreneurial mindset within the students of the college. It s with the help of events like these that students get to build their connections within the Start-Up ecosystem.

Embark Start-Up Bootcamp E-Summit BEC Experior E-Summit is typically a 3-day mega event hosted by the Entrepreneurship Cell at RVCE, Bengaluru. The event, usually held in the month of February, brings together all Start-Up enthusiasts to a common platform where they share ideas and learn from each other. Students and Start-Ups from all over the country come and be a part of one of the largest E-Summit in the country every year.

Embark Start-Up Bootcamp E-Summit BEC Experior The Bengaluru Entrepreneurship challenge is an inter-college initiative. It contains a set of entrepreneurship-related tasks involving creativity, teamwork and innovation. Tasks are strategically released over the period of one month. Teams are given tasks like interviewing Entrepreneurs throughout the city, making statistical reports on the entrepreneurial ecosystem etc.

Embark Start-Up Bootcamp E-Summit BEC Experior Experior is a platform for the students of various engineering colleges to work with budding tart-ups. It aims to collaborate with the Bangalore Entrepreneurship Cell and provide internships to all colleges that come under it. This will give the students excellent exposure to how a start-up functions and the responsibilities that accompany it.

Throwback E-Cell, RVCE has managed to touch great heights by increasing its Facebook reach to 100k (1 lakh) during E-Summit 2017 E-Summit, 2017 witnessed a footfall of 5, 000 people during E-Summit, 2017 from all over the country E-Cell has had well over 20 speakers in both the E-Summits combined. Other than them, 15 speakers have conducted seminars in various other events held by us. 9 massive events, including 3 Gyan sessions, were held throughout the course of the year, along with 13 competitions and 8 workshops.
