Select Show All When checked, the Show All checkbox indicates that all parents, active or inactive, will be displayed in the Select drop-down list. Child Care Schedule Packet Received Date Complete Status Date Recorded By The drop-down list displays the parent s name, date of birth, case numbers, family decision. All other information on the Packet Requirements window is displayed for the selected parent. By selecting a different parent from the drop-down list, you change which parent s information you are viewing. The Packet Received Date field displays the date that the enrollment packet was received by the enrollment agency. Check the Child Care Schedule Complete checkbox, when the child care schedules on the enrollment form under review are complete. The Child Care Schedule Status Date field displays the date that the enrollment agent checked the Complete checkbox for the child care schedule. The value is updatable until the Packet Decision of Complete is made saved. Complete: This value indicates that the enrollment agent s overall decision pertaining to Health Safety Checklist in this enrollment packet is Complete. Incomplete: This value indicates that the enrollment agent s overall decision pertaining to the Health Safety checklist in this enrollment packet is Incomplete. Date Checkmark Button The Health Safety Checklist Date is system set to the date that the enrollment agent selects saves the value of Complete from the Health Safety drop-down. The Checkmark Button, to the right of the Date, is for the recording of specific Health Safety checklist items that are Incomplete. When the Health Safety drop-down value of Incomplete is selected, the Checkmark Button enables. When the enrollment agent clicks on the Checkmark Button, a pop-up window opens with the Health Safety Checklist Items.
