Kappa Foundation of Cary (KFOC) Scholarship Eligibility The Kappa Foundation of Cary administers a number of scholarship funds at provide financial assistance for higher education to students who reside in Western Wake County or whose primary residence is in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville and Fuquay Varina. Kappa Foundation of Cary (KFOC) Is pleased to recognize outstanding academic achievement by offering a variety of scholarships to in-coming freshmen. The selection process is extremely competitive and students who submit completed admission application packets by e deadline (April 21st) will be considered for merit awards. (A scholarship application form is required for consideration of an award.) Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis and subject to e availability of funds. Consideration of awards is granted, not guaranteed to students who meet minimum eligibility requirements. The initial review process for scholarships begins April 26. Official scholarship offers are communicated to e recipient no later an May 01, 2017. An official letter of acceptance from an accredited 2 or 4 yr institution must be submitted before funds can be released.
