Coordinate and Move! CU-AMC Philanthropy Fall 2010 Paris Pals Mentor Program Beginning September 2010 Contact: Stephanie Noble Stephanie.Noble@ucdenver.edu www.ucdenver.edu/studentsenate Students from the University are paired with a Paris Elementary student and act as a mentor throughout the year. Students write two pen-pal letters to the elementary student each month and also participate in monthly large events (ie field trips, campus visits, inter-relationship building activities) with their Paris Elementary "buddy." The purpose of this partnership is to build students' confidence and increase their interest in higher education as well as health related careers.
