Program / Project Overview ARL has a continuing need for the conduct of basic research, applied research, and analyses as related to sensors and electron devices. It is necessary to obtain a wide variety of technical data on both new concepts and improvements to existing systems. Additionally, SEDD has a mission of advancing the state of the art in electro-optic smart sensors, multifunction radio frequency, autonomous sensing, power and energy, signature management. Program / Project Overview This requirement is to provide contract administration and acquisition methodology support services consisting of all aspects of the process from pre-award to elements of post-award up to but not including closeouts for the US Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Adelphi Contracting Division (ACC-APG, ACD) and the Army Research Laboratory (ARL). Services will include: preparation and process a variety of contractual forms and memos; process interim/final report of inventions; process government furnished property requests; process bailment agreements; process novation agreements, prepare general administrative contract modifications for contract and purchase order files; and process release of information packages. Additional services include: processing efforts to be performed by the Contractor in support of the Government s requirement to include new contract awards, modifications to existing contracts and Finance / Budget efforts relating to contract awards or transfers of funding between Government Agencies.
