This allows the sustainability impact of the product to be considered in parallel with commercial imperatives. The regular Supplier Enhancement Forums consist of management representatives of both supplier and Colgate- Palmolive, making it a forum that is able to set direction on the use of recyled material and efficient packaging designs options. 30. Areas of difficulties in making progress against your plan, Covenant goals or KPIs The absence of a cross functional team charged with APC actions meant that while goals were being achieved the opportunity to widen the intracompany scope for involvement was being optimised. This team has now been formed and will be reporting to senior management on its progress.
