Conference attendance typically averages 2000 educators, spanning Pre-Kindergarten through Post-secondary grade levels. The GMC Board is presently organizing the 2014 conference, and therefore we are extending an opportunity to all interested vendors to reserve space in the exhibit hall. General vendor information is provided in the table below. Attached to this letter, you will also find the Registration Form, Vendor Door Prize Donation Form, Shipping Information, Program Ad Sales Form, and Speaker Sponsorship Information. There are not enough vendor spaces for the requests that are made, so I will be assigning booths on a first come basis. When all of the booths have been reserved, with payment, there will be no more space. Vendors who propose to make a presentation during vending hours are asked not to present in the afternoons, as it interferes with closing time. The GMC Board asks that all vendors adhere to exhibit hall hours and attend the entire conference so that participants of the conference may take full advantage of the time allotted to view the products. Georgia Mathematics Conference Vendor Information Registration Deadline August 1, 2015 Registration Fees $400 per 6 x 6 booth consisting of two 2 x 6 tables in an L-shape! There is a two booth limit per exhibitor. Booths are assigned after registration form and fees are received. (See Registration Form) Make checks payable to: GCTM, Inc. Georgia Mathematics Conference Vendor Information (continued) Meals Breakfast and dinner are not included. The nearest local restaurants are about 10 miles away from Rock Eagle. Refer to local directories for locations and hours in Madison or Eatonton, Georgia. Not covered by registration fees Rock Eagle Dining Hall - Breakfast: $7.00, Lunch: $8.00, Dinner: $10.00 Dining Hall meals (other than lunch) must be ordered in advance on your registration form. Lodging Lodging is not included. Motel accommodations may be obtained in nearby Eatonton or Madison, Georgia. As a registered vendor, you agree to: Vendor Obligations and Agreements Exhibit and/or sell materials during all exhibit hall operation hours for the duration of the conference. Provide THREE DOOR PRIZES for evening drawings. The door prizes are expected when you complete your set up. (See Vendor Door Prize Donation) Exhibitor displays greater than the allotted footage will be charged an additional fee not less than $200. Penalties and Fines Failure to exhibit and/or sell materials for the duration of the conference, or leaving before closing time will result in a $250 fine, and your company will not receive an invitation for the next year. Please do not start breaking down prior to 1 pm on Friday. Fines must be settled before the vendor can register for the next conference.
