ATTENTION AERIAL APPLICATORS North Dakota Administrative Code 60-03-01-5.1(4) requires that all aerial applicators seeking recertification must show proof of attendance at a Professional Aerial Applicators Support System (PAASS) program at least one time during the previous three years before recertification may be issued. This means that if you have not attended the PAASS program at the Tri-State Aerial Applicators Convention in 2016 or 2017, you must attend the PAASS program this training season (2018).
