Who We Are KALAGNY is a largely volunteer, professional membership organization of attorneys and law students in the tri-state area. We seek to encourage the professional growth of our members as well as serve the Korean American community. We engage our membership and the community through our legal education programs, advocacy efforts, mentorship program, pro bono commitment, community outreach, and networking opportunities. About Our Gala Our Gala is a tribute to KALAGNY s works and achievements over the past year, and an opportunity for us to recognize leaders in our community. It is also our main fundraiser to support our members and programs. Our Gala is attended by over 400 guests, including judges, community leaders, general counsels, in-house attorneys, prosecutors, law firm partners and associates, professors, solo practitioners, and law students. What s New with Our 2018 Gala? New Venue! We brought the Gala back to Midtown. In line with our move to Gotham Hall, our Gala will be a Black Tie affair. Going Green!
