Paul Holmes Facilities Leadership Achievement Award Paul founded CCFC and dedicated much of his professional career in service to the organization, tirelessly pursuing State funding opportunities and advocating on behalf of community colleges. In his personal life, Paul traveled the world, ran marathons, climbed mountains, and sailed ships. We will all miss Paul s passion for school finance and policy, his honed political acumen, and, most especially, his wry sense of humor and adventurous spirit. Paul had a profound impact on the work of many, and we are privileged and humbled to present the second annual Paul Holmes Facilities Achievement Award today in his honor. This award will be given annually to a member of CCFC who has served the organization and demonstrated a commitment and dedication to enhancing school facilities for California s community college students.
