Approval to accept the Uniform State Memorandum of Agreement between Education and Law Enforcement Officials, as attached. 3. Approval for Jax, Flemington Borough Police K-9 dog, to visit Reading-Fleming Intermediate School during the 2017-18 school year for the purpose of student education and to continue to foster positive community relations and partnership with the Police Department. Jax is insured under the Flemington Borough Police Department and is considered a sworn police officer. 4. The matters discussed will be made public when confidentiality is no longer required and formal action pursuant to said discussion shall take place only at a meeting to which the public has been invited.
