Please note you may only obtain the designated number of CEUs for one concurrent session at a time. CEUs: The number of preapproved CEUs for SNA-NC Annual Conference 2015 is. You are only required to submit CEU documentation for SNA s Certificate and Credentialing programs if you receive an audit notice from SNA. Individuals are responsible for keeping up with their CEUs for the Certificate Program. USDA PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR SCHOOL NUTRITION PERSONNEL are effective July 1, 2015. Training as of April 1, 2015 counts towards Professional Standards. Please note that coding of SNA training with USDA professional standards is a work in progress. This document codes all Annual Conference sessions using USDA Professional Standards codes. Currently not all CEUs earned at Annual Conference count towards USDA professional standards, however, they may be used for other certification programs. These are referred to as SNA CEUs in the tracking form. SNA KEY AREA HOURS: This tracking form also serves as documentation of Key Area Hours for SNA s Level 2 and Level 3 Certificate Programs and for changing levels. When submitting your application for Level 2 or Level 3, send this form along with the Certificate Program Application Form, payment, and any additional Key Area Hour documentation. Note that the Key Area Hours can be bundled to earn credits.
