Take stock of the number of trainers and their professional qualifications. Ascertain the conduct of LNA and the implementation of the training plan. WAY FORWARD Establish working committee on Public Sector Training (Secretariat Bahagian Pembangunan Modal Insan) Conduct of LNA by all ministries/agencies/operating PTIs is made mandatory Operational Training Plan must be LNA based Professional certification and accreditation of PTI trainers need be upgraded Outcome based and impact studies need to be conducted on selected training programmes INTAN will organise a talk on LNA for all ministries HR Department on 6 th September 2017 Slaid #7
