www.michiganwomeninfinance.org facebook: michiganwomeninfinance twitter: MiWomenFinance #MWIF October 27, 2015 Michigan Women in Finance is pleased to announce its 14th annual state-wide conference to be held Thursday, May 19, 2016 and Friday, May 20, 2016. Our conference will kick off with a networking reception at the Kalamazoo Air Zoo, Michigan s premier aviation, science center and museum on the evening of Thursday, May 19, 2016. The networking will continue into Friday, May 20, 2016 along with the introduction of an exciting educational and informative program hosted at the Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center. This annual event provides tremendous educational and networking opportunities for professionals in the Michigan public finance market. We continually bring together hundreds of women from education, state and local government, health care and other not-for-profit entities, as well as professionals who provide services in the field. We would be honored if your organization would consider being a sponsor in support of Michigan Women in Finance, and even consider a more generous contribution, if you have been a continued supporter in the past. As a sponsor, your firm will receive recognition at our Annual Conference and our periodic networking events, as well as publicity during any other activities throughout the 2016 calendar year. In addition, we will provide a direct internet link for your company on our website. As Michigan Women in Finance continues to grow, your support assists in underwriting the increasing cost of the Annual Conference and networking events throughout the year including, but not limited to, speaker fees, facility costs, reception, food, beverages and materials. Most importantly, your sponsorship also allows your clients and prospective public or not-for-profit issuers to attend the Annual Conference at no cost. Enclosed for your reference is a listing of prior conference attendees, prior conference sponsors, the sponsorship levels available, and the Sponsorship Confirmation Form. Please review the materials provided and confirm your sponsorship level by returning the Sponsorship Confirmation Form. Please respond promptly to allow sufficient time to ensure your information is included in all distributed materials. We sincerely appreciate your support and participation, and thank you in advance for your commitment. Best Regards, Chair of the Sponsorship Committee Telephone: (248) 566-4797 Email: tkoss@theprivatebank.com Mary Kay Shaver, President Varnum LLP Mary G.
