Please read them thoroughly and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you prepare for this event. Professional Development Days Courses Your Registration for the Aquatic Therapy Professional Development Days is confirmed e includes: Information pertaining to the event location (map, directions, area hotels, restaurants and airports). Personalized Itinerary Financial Statement Please take a moment to review these documents carefully and notify us immediately of any errors. Please keep in mind that this schedule is subject to change. Please be certain to take these Registration Confirmation materials with you to the event. What to take with you Depending on which course you attend, you may be in and out of the water numerous times. The pool will be indoors. Be sure to take swimsuits and towels. You may also want to bring a lock in case lockers are available. The facility will not be providing towels. Some courses suggest/require items you should take. If there are suggested items for courses for this event, they will be listed on the last page of this letter. Please be cautious of carrying large amounts of cash with you and do not leave valuables with your clothing or towel when you are in the pool.
Special Assistance If you require special assistance, please contact ATRI to describe the type of assistance you need. Continuing Education Credits - EARN WHILE YOU LEARN! Numerous therapy and aquatics-related organizations accept our courses and award credit as appropriate. A CEC Record sheet is provided. You may use the course descriptions from our website www.atri.org as needed to obtain credit. Speakers The goal at our events is to provide you with an in-depth learning experience with the opinions. Use the information you learn to make your own therapy programming decisions based on your experience and personal choice. Substitute speakers with alternative topics will be used in the event of a scheduled Cancellations All registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email, mail or fax to ATRI. Your registration fee may be transferred to another upcoming ATRI event or you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfers are one time only and will incur a $50 transfer fee to be paid by check or credit card. If you cancel completely prior to the event, you must do so 30 days in advance. Your registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will then be refunded within 30 days after the event. Refunds will not be given to no-shows after the conference or to anyone who fails to meet the 30- day deadline. If you have any questions, please contact the ATRI office.
