These representatives from California public agencies look forward to professional education, discussion of current events, and learning about new products and services to better serve their organizations. ABOUT CMTA CMTA was founded in 1958 by a handful of Municipal Treasurers from both Northern and Southern California whose primary interest was to improve their function in local government. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be sent to CMTA in writing. Refunds, less an administrative fee of $100 per booth, will be made at the discretion of CMTA, but no refund will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of setup day.
