NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH PROGRAM Thursday, March 15th Registered Dietitian, Courtney B., will speak and do a cooking demonstration on low carbohydrate meals. This style of cooking and eating is great for those with diabetes or those looking for weight control. Courtney will discuss ways to control blood glucose levels and will provide helpful tips for everyday healthy eating. WELLNESS FAIR Tuesday, March 20th 1 & 1:00 PM 3:00 PM The wellness fair is an opportunity open to all residents to complete basic screenings including: Balance, Vitals, Cognitive, Functional Assessments and Walker/ Wheelchair checks. This is not a physical examination and not meant to replace your annual physical. The wellness fair will be held in the Main Dining Room. Dr. Cordery will analyze the influence both positive and negative of American First Ladies by focusing on two women who succeeded at the position and two who did not.
