The schedule for release has been amended to a phased launch, with a small group of agencies piloting the new functionalities in March and remaining organizations joining in June 217. Presently, all DSOs are in the midst of an intensive validation process to ensure that the current data contained within our parallel information system is captured in templates that will be migrated to DSCIS V6. As a result of the data cleansing and validation exercises, our DSO was able to access enhanced information from the provincial database related to specific service areas that has previously not been available. We have expanded this edition of our quarterly Bulletin to include this information to support our community partners in service planning. As identified in our workplan based on Satisfaction Survey results, we are in the process of updating our DSO web based information to be more current and responsive as well as more user friendly. We anticipate adding additional features over time, including video modules and presentations for on demand access to information. Stay tuned for these changes! If you have information that you would like posted to our website, please email us and we will include this within our online repository. Feedback shared from the DSO CER Satisfaction Surveys informs our quality improvement efforts, we value this information as it highlights the service strengths that we need to maintain and identifies areas of growth. We encourage everyone who has interactions with us to complete this short survey which is posted on our website, embedded within staff email signatures and is provided at the end of the Application Package in hard copy format. Compiled results are always shared in the Annual Review Bulletin each May along with our workplan for the coming fiscal year.
