Please tell us more about how you would benefit from attending Fundraising Day. Please submit typed applications by 5:00 p.m. EASTERN on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 to Cynthia Quigley, Director AFP Canadian Services & Greater Toronto Chapter to be considered. It is encouraged that all questions be answered to the best of your ability. The application form is scored on the completeness of all 12 questions.
