Encik Zamri Sahari graduated with a Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He also possessed a Diploma in Manufacturing Management (OUM) and Diploma in Science (UiTM). In 1997, he started his career as a Plant Engineer/HSE Engineer with an international company, Hexza Neste Sdn Bhd. In 2005, he left Hexza to join Nestle Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as a First Line Manager/Senior HSE Executive. In 2009, he later joined F.D.Z Engineering and Consultancy as a Project HSE Officer for F.D.Z Engineering and Consultancy where he was the lead trainer for NIOSH, Federation of Malaysian Manufacturing Institute (FMM Institute), Pusat Pembangunan Kemahiran Sarawak (PPKS), CIDB, PSMB (HRDF) and many other organizations. In 2012, he joined Sapura Kencana Petroleum as Lead HSE Counsellor until 2015. Currently, he is a full time HSE Consultant and Trainer. His capability as a trainer in HSE was publicly accredited when he was invited to present his paper titled Safety and Health Officer or Superman at the 1st Borneo Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) on 8-9 June 2009 at Sabah and also another paper titled Public Safety And Health at the Construction Site at the Sarawak Construction Week 2010 on 21 July 2010, at CIDB Sarawak. In order to improve his technical skills and know how, he acquired the following competency licenses: 1. Competent Safety and Health Officer (License No: 2488) 2. Competent Chemical Health Risk Assessor. 3. Competent Authorized Entrant/Standby Person for Confined Space. 4. Competent Construction Safety and Health Officer. 5. Competent Safety and Health Assessor for Construction Industries (SHASSIC). 6. Competent Traffic Management Officer (TMO-JKR). 7. Competent Wireman (W2877-IEU).

Encik Mapis Md Jais holds a Master in Occupational Safety and Health Management from University of Northern Malaysia (UUM) in collaboration with NIOSH and Bachelor Degree in Applied Science with Honors from University Science Malaysia. He is also a Reserved Officer Training Unit (ROTU) Commissioned as Second Lieutenant Regiment 509 Wataniah (PALAPES) (7506986). He has 17 years experience in Environment, Health and Safety in Multi- National Company (From Manufacturing personal to EHS & Security Manager). He is once appointed as one of Division Worldwide HSE representative for one of prominent organization in Germany. During his years of working, he manages to assist few MNC Company to certify as ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001.Currently, he is now appointed as Consultant by two of University on EHS matters, appointed as Technical Expert for two of government body on EMS & OHSMS as well as an OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 Certification Auditor for prominent Certification Body in Malaysia (Auditing more than 100 companies). He always believes that an issue is an opportunity for him to improve. He likes to simplify EHS requirements by reducing the responsibility of the person in charge but at the same time, still comply with legal and other requirements. He has developed a comprehensive and paperless Database for EHS MS that is currently being used by a few MNC. He believes that all employees should have equal opportunities for development and training. He has developed EHS e-learning with pre and post evaluation for employee to know about almost all EHS requirements and information in manufacturing environment. He is now actively involved in community services, delivering EHS awareness to hospital, school, polytechnic, nursery, kinder garden and the community.

Dr.Dicky Ng is a DOSH-registered Occupational Health Doctor in Malaysia. He currently heads the Wellness Centre of Penang Adventist Hospital. With a special interest in chronic lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, cancer and coronary health disease, he is actively involved in NGOs and has been leading Penang Branch of Persatuan Diabetis Malaysia since 1999. He is also currently a committee member of the Penang chapter of National Cancer Society of Malaysia, and editorial board member of the Hospice Bulletin, a quarterly newsletter of NCSM Penang branch. IR Zailee Dollah is currently State Director of DOSH Penang. IR Zailee has been with DOSH since 1986. Encik Anuar Embi is currently the Director of International Policy and Research Division, Department of Safety and Health, Putrajaya. Encik Anuar holds a Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from University of Miami, Florida. Some other positions that he held before are Director of DOSH Penang, Director of DOSH Sabah/Labuan and Director of DOSH Kedah.

Encik Aliasman Morshidi has extensive engineering and supervision experience in factory set-up, the operation, facility and maintenance of process and equipment in multinational industry. Also experienced in Civil Works Construction Company Class A, specializing in Quality, Audits and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management. With Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from University of Queensland Australia and Executive Master in Business Administration (emba) from Mara Technology University (UiTM), he is specializing in HSE management in manufacturing, construction and oil & gas industries for the past 17 years. He was certified as Safety & Health Officer (SHO #: JKKP IS 127/438/2/2990) and Radiation Protection Officer (RPO #: 3677). Certified ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 auditor, Traffic Management Officer (TMO), HRDF Train The Trainer (TTT #: 3982) and NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. With his vast experience working in MNC in front end electronic industry, he has been extensively involved and had acquired in-depth hands-on various areas and aspects in hazardous materials (HAZMAT), radiation and project management. He was sent for technology transfer and training in Japan, chemical distribution system training in Arizona, U.S and also facility set-up and radiation technology transfer in Austria. He also exposed with Factory Mutual (FM) audits as part of the organization s risk management. Furthermore, he also trained in Authorized Gas Tester (AGT), Radiation Protection Program, Facility and Equipment Safety Set-up, Traffic Safety Management in Construction, Emergency Response Plan (including Incident Command System), Fire Safety and First Aid (including Automated External Defibrillator, AED). Currently, working at CTRM Aero Composite Sdn Bhd as Head of HSE Department. He oversees the overall HSE issues pertaining HSE Management System and Culture at the workplace. In the process establishing HSE Management framework and also assess, understand and measure HSE Culture in the organization through survey, observation and engagement at all level of employees. Involved actively in HSE training, consultation, NGOs and also writing in OSH discipline.

Dr Edrin Nazri Abdul Rasib is currently the Manager, Occupational Disease Unit, Medical & Rehabilitation Department from Social Security Organisation (SOCSO).Dr Edrin was formerly the Manager of Occupational Health Division and Occupational Health Advisor from National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH). The education and qualifications that Dr Edrin holds are as followings:- 1999-MBChB, University of Otago, New Zealand 2004-Occupational Health Doctor Certificate, NIOSH Malaysia 2007-Master of Public Health (MPH), University of Malaya 2010-Master of Public Health (Occupational Health), University of Malaya 2013-Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME), American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME, USA) 2015-Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP), National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR, Canada)

Encik Azhar Rifaie, BSc. Chemical Engineering (University of Utah) & Masters in Business Administration (UUM), is currently the Head of HSE for Bosch Car Multimedia Division. In his 20 over years of professional experience, he had served at several MNCs in various technical and management roles. Prior to a career in EHS, Encik Azhar started as a Project Engineer with a US engineering firm providing facilities systems and management. In EHS, he was responsible in ensuring safe plant constructions and operations, leading global and regional support to plants in ASEAN countries, China, India, Japan, Korea, Australia, Germany and Portugal. Certified as lead auditor for MS1722 OSHMS, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001, he was also trained as CHRA, SHO, and RPO. Among his career highlights, Encik Azhar had successfully implemented large scale programs for EHS Management System, Sustainability & Energy Efficiency, Radiation Protection, Emergency Response, Business Continuity, Security and Fire Protection Systems. With his vast experience in contractor safety program, he also assisted in NIOSH Contractor Safety Passport System. Passionate in safety culture initiatives, he contributed externally as a key driver for EHS community projects and industry collaboration throughout the country, including the National OSH Master Plan 2015. Encik Azhar is currently the Secretary for NRG-SHE, a member of MSOSH and a member of FREPENCA EHS Sub-Committee. Previously, he was the Chairman of Kulim Industrial Parks EHS Committee, the Chairman of FMM Kedah/Perlis ESH Committee, and a member of Penang FMM ESH Committee. Involved in developing training modules for industry and occasionally invited to speak at universities, he has also presented papers at local and international seminars.

Dr. Halimahtun Dato Mohd Khalid is President of Damai Sciences, Malaysia. Previously, she was Executive Director and Principal Scientist/Consultant with Damai Sciences Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. She was the Founder and Past President of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Malaysia (HFEM), and Past President of the Southeast Asian Network of Ergonomics Societies (SEANES). She was Past Chair of the Science Technology & Practice Committee of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA), and Past Chair of the Affective Design Technical Committee of the IEA. Dr. Halimahtun is a Certified Human Factors Professional with the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE) in USA and a Fellow of the International Ergonomics Association. Currently, she is a member of the Malaysian National Committee on Development of Ergonomics Risk Evaluation Guidelines for Industries. She obtained her PhD in cognitive ergonomics from University College London, UK. She has 35 years of knowledge and experience in human factors and ergonomics. She was Professor of Cognitive Ergonomics at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) from 1993-2003. As a founding member of UNIMAS, she established the Institute of Design & Ergonomics Application, the Centre for Applied Learning & Multimedia, and the first Virtual Reality Centre in Malaysia. Prior to UNIMAS, she was Director of the Centre for Educational Technology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She has delivered several keynotes, and has more than 100 publications in refereed journals and proceedings. Dr. Halimahtun was awarded the IEA Triennial President s Award from the International Ergonomics Association in August 2015 and the HFES 2014 Hal W. Hendrick International Colleague Award from the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, USA.

Ir Hussein Rahmat is an engineer with more than forty years of working experience. In his nearly twenty years of working experience in PETRONAS he had responsibilities as manager of its offshore operations, manager of gas processing plant, management of a drilling subsidiary and general manager of its Engineering and Safety Unit. Ir. Hussein had been on the Board of Directors of NIOSH for fifteen years beginning from its inception year. Currently he is on the panel of trainers and examiners for its Safety and Health Officer Course. Ir. Hussein has been involved in international management system standards development since 1995 when he led the Malaysian delegation to ISO TC207 meeting in Oslo when it first approved the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard. In 2013 Ir. Hussein again led the Malaysian delegation to ISO PC283 first meeting in London to develop the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard. He is currently a member of Safe System of Work Committee which is a Standards Writing Organisation under the Department of Occupational Safety and Health which is also the ISO National Mirror Committee for the development of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard.
