The Texas Justice Court Training Center is excited to offer you a terrific lineup of courses. The education committees, TJCTC staff, and faculty worked tirelessly to make sure you will be receiving valuable information. This year, we modified our training to include some 3-hour courses to give the instructors enough time to cover important material. None of this would be possible without the continuous support of the Justices of the Peace and Constables Association and the Court of Criminal Appeals. We are also grateful for the volunteer faculty who provide their knowledge and time. We hope that our conferences will offer you an opportunity to gain knowledge and participate in the fellowship that our conferences often bring. NEW THIS YEAR FOR CLERKS Early Registration Registering for a seminar has been made easier for those of you who have not attended in the past year. Advance Payment Our seminars are in high demand and routinely have a waiting list. In order to keep our seminars at capacity and give everyone enough time to request funds, we are now requesting the registration fee 3 months prior to the seminar (please see invoice for due date). If we don t hear from you by the due date given in our email notice, you will be removed from the event you are scheduled to attend and sent a cancellation email for reference. This cancellation policy was recently implemented and was successful in limiting the number of no shows and last minute cancellations for our seminars.
