Partnership aims To provide a more effective organisation to enable the local NHS to better achieve the national Human Resource Strategy: Particularly to: Provide a high quality, cost effective occupational health provision to staff. Achieve a more equitable core standard of service across the local NHS. Improve the access of occupational health services to staff. Improve attendance and retention rates in relation to work induced mental and physical ill health. Improve performance in the management of disability of staff.
