MESSAGE FROM CEO After spending the past 6 years with Suc Ho LLC Inc., I feel very privileged to be writing this message as the chief executive officer. This is a special time in our company s history as we celebrate and enter into our 6th year anniversary. We began our journey in December 2008, in the Philippines and have spent the past few years continuing to build our vision, which has now become synonymous with our commitment to helping our clients share knowledge and create innovation. As a company, we have seen much change over the past years. For example: We have acquired real estate property with a total area of 71, 444 hectares and access and control of over 200,000 hectares more. We are now in a position to develop the 71,444 into a souvereign entity and free port zone where we will be able to impact the lives of residents in the area by providing them with employment and livelihood programs. We are now preparing the development plan in that area for the construction of housing for the marginalized people of our society, the construction of seaports and airports, power plants, the development of mining sites and the construction of steel mills, retirement communities and resorts, schools, hospitals, churches, the improvement of existing roads and bridges and the construction of new road access. We have expanded our presence globally; we now have offices in Europe, Hong Kong, the United States of America, and the United Arab Emirates. We have developed strong relationship with affiliate partners from the capital market who will be working hand in hand in financing our major development projects. It is also important to note what has not changed in our business, namely our commitments to providing exceptional client service and to living our core values: "Quality a Must, Service You Deserve, People You Trust. " and Excellence in Everything, Leadership by Example, Integrity and Transparency, Focus on the Client and Employee Centered. Because of unprecedented scrutiny on Corporate Behavior, we need to emphasize and reinforce our commitment and adherence to these standards. As we continue to build " Suc Ho LLC Inc" to meet our corporate expectations and live up to our name to meet market challenges, let's make certain that integrity, transparency and honest dealings are always adhered to while we conduct our business. " Looking ahead, we are focused on accelerating the execution of our growth strategy while continuing to build on the strength of our vision - in helping our clients share knowledge and create innovation and in bringing positive change to the communities in which we work and live. I am incredibly excited about this journey and truly believe the best of Suc Ho LLC Inc. is yet to come. Rubina M. Khan Chief Executive Officer Suc Ho LLC Inc. 2
