Butterfly Project Signals Tool Many people using Dementia Care Matters Inspiring Action 50 point checklist and Dementia Care Matters Measuring Outcomes Matters (MOM) tool within Dementia Care Matters Butterfly Projects have asked for a practical, simple measurement tool on the projects progress. The Signal tool has been devised to monitor project progress either by a Dementia Care Matters Consultant or for in house use by staff managing or working within a Butterfly Project care home.
