Have participated in the development of 175 Dialysis Facilities. Administrative Consultant for a Home Program in Boston, MA & Lousiville, Ky, Cincinnati Ohio. Management Firm for over 250 patients in Texas Current-Three facilities in various phases of the Development Process Development of a complete set of Policies and Procedures for the operation and management of a CKD Facility. Experience 2003-2005 Renal Ventures Management Golden, CO VP of Facility/Business Development /Corporate Officer Responsible for the development, construction, and certification of three facilities located in Texas, New Jersey, and West Virginia. Six more facilities in various stages of development. Development of a new corporate initiative for management services and coordinated the recruitment and implementation of the first ESRD Facility Management Agreement finalized May 2005, which incorporated over 150 new patients. Developed multiple physician contacts for future JV relationships. Participated in the analysis and implementation of a Professional Employer Organization, which incorporates all employee benefits for RVM and management services employees. Analyzed/monitor all General and Professional liability insurance requirements. Participate in the financial management of the facilities through supply contract analysis, reducing costs associated with various service agreements, and personnel cost management. Performed various compliance audits for the ESRD facilities. Organized for each facility the corporate administrative compliance manuals, which hold all required facility formation and legal documents. Responsible for the development of the RVM web page and educational reference links. Chair of the Corporate Quality Committee with Corporate Quality Medical Director. Assisted with the development of the corporate quality indicator goals. Developed multiple marketing tools at both corporate and facility level.

2002-2003 WellBound Inc. Mountain View, Ca VP of Facility Development/Business Development Assisted in the development of a new start-up home therapy company. Projects include input in the financial proforma and analysis tools for the presentations to Physician Joint Venture partners. Input into the Physician Joint Venture Model & Legal Structure and Medical Director Agreements. Chaired the Policy and Procedure development committee. Personally responsible for the development of the HIPPA compliance policies. Input into the development of the Clinical Information Systems. Responsible for the development, construction, and certification of the first three facilities located in California. 2001-2002 Fresenius Medical Care Boston, MA FMC acquired EHCSC 2001 Vice President of Internal Development- South Business Unit Facility Development for DeNovos, Expansions, and Relocations. 77 active projects in various phases of development. Development included review of patient demographics and project viability, site selection, lease negotiations, facility design, construction management, Regulatory Compliance with all permits and certifications, and transition to the clinical team. Responsible for the Certificate of Need Process in Illinois, which included pre/post permit filings. Developed with the Corporate Office new tools and systems for proje development to decrease the total time frame for the project process. 1997-2001 Everest Healthcare, Inc Chicago, IL Everest Healthcare acquired HDA 1997 Director of Development/Facilities Responsible for the Facility Development Process, which included identification of Project Need, input into the financial proforma, analysis of economic impact, coordination, construction, & control of project till ESRD certification. Responsible for the facility leases which included site development, negotiations, renewal, and maintenance of the lease documents and associated expenses. Due Diligence review of a potential target acquisition and the transition of the entity into EHCSC. This included assisting with financial review of the pending purchase price and the confirmation of the data submitted by the target acquisition. Corporate Legal review of multiple projects and contracts. Developed Regulatory Compliance Manuals and coordinated compiling the data to be maintained at the facility level, corporate level, and at the outside counsel data room.

Initiated programs and tracking systems to facilitate compliance to federal, state, and local regulatory statutes. Chairperson for the Policy and Procedure Committee. Two-year project resulted in the development of 11 new manuals and 550 new policies. Coordinated implementation of polices to the facilities and management. 1997-1999. Chairperson for the Medical Record Committee. 1997-2001 Chairperson for the Product Evaluation Committee. 1997-1998 1993-1997 Home Dialysis of America Tucson, AZ HDA was acquired by EHCSC in 1997. Regional Director Midwest Responsible for the Development Process of 14 new ESRD facilities and multiple acute hemodialysis programs. Direct Supervision of 18 ESRD facilities in the Midwest region. Developed and assisted in the implementation of an effective CQI program. *Joint Venture Partner in multiple HDA ESRD facilities. 1991-1993 The Christ Hospital.
