She is a Head of Program for PhD, Master by Management, MBA, and Bachelor in Industrial Management. I used to be a freelance lecturer for four years at several universities. I do achieved several recognitions at both local and international. At local level, I won a gold and silver medals for innovations and obtained best paper awards in international conference in Taipei, Taiwan. I maintain several publications in referred journals in a year and also as active paper presenter since I did my master degree. Having 11 years of working experience in various departments in the manufacturing industry, Iriichi (M) Sdn. Bhd. and my last position is a Quality Assurance Manager. While in the company, I responsible for two plants (Prai and Kuala Perlis), not only for incoming section, production section, quality section, and calibration section, but also as a Management Representative for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as well as lead auditors for both ISOs.
