All images should be 3mb or above. Please note nominations may not be accepted without photographs. We reserve the right to move a nomination to a different category if more suitable. You can nominate in more than one category, but must complete separate nomination forms. Supporting Statements and Organisation Information 2018 is Scotland s Year of Young People. We want to hear about the impact youth work has on young people and what difference it makes in their lives. Please provide a supporting statement from one of the young people your nominee works with. (400 words max) The young person can provide this statement in various formats (e.g. video, sound clip, etc.). Be as creative as you wish. This statement is not required for Inspirational Leader or Lifetime Achievement nominations. Nominee Information What makes your nominee a worthy winner of this category? Here are a few things you may want to include in your statement: What qualities do they have that creates great youth work? How do they demonstrate their impact on young people: what difference have they made, why is their work so important? Why is their work an example of outstanding youth work practice? Separate forms must be used for each nomination, even if you are nominating someone in more than one category, as the criteria varies. Have you ticked all the permission boxes?
