At that time, renewal and new projects submitted for the 2015 local HUD NOFA process were reviewed. The SNJCoC regrets to inform you that your agency was not recommended for inclusion in the 2015 HUD NOFA for the Imani House Project. The Review Committee did not feel that your application met the New Project Application criteria that This funding will be used only for projects that include permanent housing and serves consumers in all four counties (Camden, Cape May, Cumberland and Gloucester). While the project discusses serving clients of all four counties, there is no mention of planning or recruitment from all four counties. Should you choose to appeal this recommendation, please use the process outlined in the SNJCoC Bylaws attached hereto.
