Dr. Ahmed Nazif, The Prime Minister of Egypt will include a symposium on "SELECTED ENVIROMENTAL ISSUES IN THE MEDITERRANEAN REGION" at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and an awareness campaign aimed at improving environmental behavior. This event will bring together, Ministers of Environmental Affairs from several Mediterranean countries, Heads of Chambers of Commerce, C.E.Os of large Egyptian and foreign corporations, entrepreneurs and academicians from several countries of the world. The Symposium will provide the opportunity to foster increased business relations between private organizations and companies in Egypt and businessmen from other nations. Some of the expected guest speakers at the symposium include: Dr. Mostafa Tolba, Director ICED, Professor Hussein Abaza, Head of economics and industry unit-unep, Dr. Felicita Scapini University of Florence, amongst many others.
