Scoping Meetings Data Collection and Analysis Report Preparation Level III Project Applications Seek a Construction Appropriation Begin Project Construction
The Construction Division administers projects that have advanced through the planning phases, and are authorized for construction by the legislature. The WWDC program criteria allows for a 67% grant and a 33% loan or sponsor match. Loans are typically for 20-30 years (but can be longer), at an interest rate of 4%.
