How to Enroll in the Monthly Payment Plan Log on to the Student Portal at portal.msmc.edu using your MSMC Account and Password. Authorized user(s) may also setup the MPP, once the student grants access by assigning a pin. Please go to How to Create a Parent/Guardian Pin for the MPP on page 12. Select the Student Accounts tab and click on Enroll in the MPP below the header CashNet Monthly Payment Plan (MPP). MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES 3
Select Click here to Enroll in the Fall 2018 MPP (or appropriate term). Review the terms & conditions of the plan, and electronically sign using your Student ID#. Submit payment for the $30.00 enrollment fee using a credit card (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard) or electronic check (bank account). MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES 4
Enter your name, billing address, credit card/bank information, and click Continue. Confirm your payment information by selecting Submit Payment. MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES 5
Following enrollment, you may activate automatic payments using a saved or new payment method. You may also decline automatic payments by selecting, No, I do not want to automatically pay. email@msmc.edu. If declining the automatic payment option, the student/authorized user must manually submit payment by the 15th of each month to avoid a late fee. How to Submit a Manual Payment to the Monthly Payment Plan Log on to the Student Portal at portal.msmc.edu, click the Student Accounts tab, and select Make an MPP Payment. Under Your Account select, Click here to make a monthly payment. MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES 8
How to Setup Automatic Payments Log on to the Student Portal at portal.msmc.edu, click the Student Accounts tab, and select Make an MPP Payment. MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES 9
In the Scheduled Payments section, select Click to setup automatic payments for the MPP. Enter an email address to receive billing reminders/ payment confirmation, and click Continue. MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES 10
Review the Terms and Conditions, select the check box, then Continue. Designate a payment method, by selecting an existing account or entering a new source (credit card/bank account), then Continue. How to Create a Parent/Guardian PIN for the Monthly Payment Plan Log on to the Student Portal at portal.msmc.edu using your MSMC Account and Password. Under Parent or Guardian PINS, select Add New. Click here to enroll in a fall 2018 MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES 12
Enter the authorized user s information in the required fields, and select OK. The authorized user(s) will receive an email link with instructions to create password and security questions. How to Access the MPP with a PIN Visit the Monthly Payment Plan webpage at msmc.edu/mpp. Under Related Information, select Monthly Payment Plan Payment System. MOUNT SAINT MARY COLLEGE STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES 14
Confirm that you have reached the Parent Portal login page, which will display a prompt to enter the Parent PIN and Password. If you have reached the student login page in error, simply click on the Parent and Authorized Users, click here to login with your user name and password, below the login prompt.
