WILL FIND THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION. Looking for the opportunity to become a part of one of the biggest, entertaining and engaging STEM events of the year? To showcase your company s work in front of hundreds of students and educators each month? Want to support your employees and the community they live and work? Consider joining Partners in STEM with donations or sponsorships of project based STEM programs that are making a difference. CUSTOMIZABLE OPPORTUNITIES for BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTERS IN STEM Naming Opportunities: Local and national media cover events and personal interaction with 600-1000 students at each of ten events in ten cities across the country. Partner with Ten80 and the U.S. Army in the STEM INNOVATORS-IN-TRAINING TOUR for high school students or become lead sponsor of a middle school tour. Community Giving: Engage regionally around a company facility, support one of 14 formal NATIONAL STEM LEAGUE (NSL) HUBS, a NON-GEOGRAPHIC NSL HUB, such as the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) series, or LEAD THE FORMATION OF A NEW HUB. Local Support: Become a local sponsor for schools and organizations that want to implement Ten80 s curriculum in a CLASS, CAMP AND/OR CLUB. This sponsorship provides the benefits of regional and national events as students can showcase their work in the NSL. 2
MAKE A BIG IMPACT Students and educators can collaborate, compete and be mentored in the NATIONAL STEM LEAGUE (NSL), rated as Exemplary and scalable by Change the Equation & STEMWorks, without ever leaving their school through the NSL website. ABOUT THE NSL The most positive outcomes in participation, attitudinal and academic measures are achieved when local and regional business, government and cultural organizations are involved. Show your commitment to community by supporting Teacher Professional Development; Mentor Relationships; Kick-off Event (sponsored by U.S. Army in 12 Regions); Invitational, a Regional Finals Event; Returning and New Team Support; or Sponsorships and Awards. 7
GET INVOLVED IN STEM Professional organizations like the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) support youth chapters and are seeking sponsorship to support them in one region or nationally. For example, NSBE organizes junior chapters all over the United States, in each of its regions. Chapters compete in a NSBE series of the Student Racing Challenge points race and face-to-face at the Annual NSBE Convention. The NSBE champion earns funding to attend the National STEM League Finals. Non-Geographic Hub Sponsorship can vary based on the number of teams and events. Contact us to start the conversation. 8
