Programs such as the Technology Transfer Center are an invaluable asset to the workforce that cares for the communities that we serve. Our Mission The Technology Transfer Center s mission is to foster a safe, efficient, environmentally sound transportation system by improving skills and knowledge of local transportation providers through training, technical assistance, and technology transfer.

This is an exciting year because we are also honoring the first individuals to complete the Connecticut Transportation Leadership Program.
