UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS for Defense and Government DoD has reported Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) growth rate between 2015 and 2035. It is expected that federal agency UAS fleets will grow from a few hundred to approximately 10,000, with over 90 percent of these vehicles categorized as Nano, Micro, or Small UAS. Ultralight, Light Sport, and Medium sized UAS will find a role with a number of agencies. The number and type of UAS developed, acquired, and deployed will be driven by mission needs and costs. Analysts predict growth in this industry, estimating a total increase to just over $89 billion in the next decade. Not only is the military expected to sustain its backing of UAS technology, but the civil and commercial markets are poised to open up to a host of opportunities for the industry. Unmanned Aircraft Systems West is a very valuable investment in your time. Attendees will obtain invaluable information on the emerging opportunities in the Military, Government, Commercial and Civil Markets found nowhere else. Key program offices will examine UAS from first hand experiences and address the Needs, Requirements and Opportunities needed. Key issues will include: Emerging Defense and Government UAS Needs & Requirements DoD UAS Joint Program Updates, Emerging Platform & Sensor Capabilities & Testing Hands-on User Perspectives on UAS Next Generation UAS Payloads Major UAV Program Updates and Platforms Developing Counter UAS Sense & Avoid Technologies suas Innovations, Growth, Capabilities and Opportunities FAA Regulatory Plans and Programs Our Distinguished Panel of UAS Experts BGEN Mario Leblanc, RCAF Mr. Steven Armstrong Mr. John Fiore, SES COL Courtney Cote, USA Mr. Jim Williams CDR (ret) Chris Pyro Fitzgerald Mr. David Nark Narkevicius Mr. Erik Soykan Mr. Mark Farrar Mr. David Bruemmer LTCOL Todd Dutch Holland, USMC COL Keith LJB Ward, USAF LTC Tory Burgess, USA COL Christopher Lack-O McDonald, USAF Mr. Chris Jensen Ms. Susie Alderson Mr. David Phillips Mr. Matthew Barger Mr. Rob Hughes Mr. Ron Stearns Mr. Mike Blades Senior Representative, USAF Mr. Thomas Baker Dr. Reid Melville Mr. Steve Jones Mr. Laben Fisher Gray Eagle Representatives, USA Deputy Director for Operations (DJ3), Royal Canadian Air Force, HQ PACOM Chief, NORAD Strategic Engagement & Deputy Chief of North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Operations Directorate Technical Director, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division Project Manager, UAS, PEO, Aviation, Redstone Arsenal Principal, Public Policy and Regulation Practice, Aviation and Aerospace, Dentons U.S. LLP UAS Requirements for Commander Naval Air Forces, US Pacific Fleet Senior Staff Advisor, Office of the Secretary of Defense, CIO C4III, OASD NII Director, Marine & Air Operations, National Air Security Ops, US CBP/DHS Director of Training, USA, UAS Training Center, 2-13th Aviation Regiment Co-Founder and CTO, 5D Robotics Commanding Officer, Marine Aircraft Group, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Vice Wing Commander, 163d Attack Wing, ANG, March AFB Product Manager, Tactical UAS Project Office, Redstone Arsenal Director of Disruptive Innovations for Headquarters US Air Force (HAF A2II) Director, CI3 Solutions, Hitachi Data Systems Federal Command Science Advisor, Innovation Lead, Distributed Lethality Task Force, COMNAVSURFOR Vice President, Small and Medium Endurance UAS, Textron Systems Intelligence and Technology Portfolio Lead, Sector Outreach and Programs Division, DHS Senior Policy Advisor, Airworthiness & Airspace Integration, Northrop Grumman Corporation Business Development Director, Robotics and Unmanned Systems, Velocity Group Senior Industry Analyst, Aerospace & Defense, Frost & Sullivan 432nd Wing Group, Creech Air Force Base Founder, Shavano Prime Solutions; Formerly, Director, UAS & Counter UAS Initiatives, First Air Force/NORAD Continental Region Strategy Lead for Unmanned Air Systems, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Manager, UAV, EW & Sensors Business Development, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Lands & Avionic C4ISR Division Systems Engineer, SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific 1st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, GUNFIGHTERS
