American Nurses Foundation Silver Spring, MD $135,090 to develop and pilot a toolkit of materials (literature and interactive website) to help non-military nurses identify Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury in returning veterans using civilian health care services. New York, NY $95,500 to support four key program leadership staff during the upcoming Residential Recovery Program Expansion, based on recommendations from an evaluation of program effectiveness. Christiana Care Health System $145,200 to expand the "Medical Home Without Walls" program to high users of acute health resources who have no health insurance coverage. Church of God in Christ Port St. Joe, FL $135,200 to support the continuation of the Port St. Joe Citywide Choir and after-school academic program. Clara White Mission, Inc. $150,000 to support a Farm Director and Project Manager for White Harvest Farms.

Community Foundation for Northeast Florida $20,000 to support implementation of the JAX2025 community vision. Daniel Memorial, Inc. $80,340 to support costs associated with the start-up of Daniel Academy, a private school for children with emotional and learning disabilities. Delaware Art Museum $75,000 to initiate a 1:1 challenge grant for mid-level donors in the museum's Centennial Campaign. Epiphany Episcopal Church Timonium, MD $97,800 to hire a faith-based community organizer to assist Epiphany and 12 other churches congregational development and to expand the BUILD program into Baltimore County. Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina Raleigh, NC $110,000 to expand the Latino Educational Achievement Partnership (LEAP), a collaboration between the Diocese and 10 Episcopal churches, to provide early childhood education and tutoring services to Latino children. Episcopal Diocese of Virginia $102,300 to support Grace-on-the-Hill, an intentional community of Christians living together and engaged in service, vocational discernment and leadership formation in the Oregon Hill neighborhood in Richmond in partnership with St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. First Baptist Church of White City Wewahitchka, FL $30,000 to support the Senior Citizens Program from October 2012 - October 2013. Florida Historical Society Cocoa, FL $70,000 to match funding to support a new development director position. Florida Orchestra Guild, St. Petersburg St. Petersburg, FL $120,000 to support the Artistic Initiative Fund, which provides venture capital for both start-up programs and expansion of existing program within the orchestra. Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches Boys Ranch, FL $59,830 to upgrade software and purchase ipads for field development staff for real-time donor data.

Georgetown University Washington, DC $13,300 to prepare a policy brief, including a webinar to release the brief, on the final Medicaid Section 1115 waiver agreement between the federal and state governments. Gilpin Hall $50,000 to purchase and install a new natural gas generator dedicated to the Hall's existing fire pump system, ensuring the security and safety of residents in case of power outage and fire. Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. New York, NY $130,000 to provide operating support to expand WOW! Wonders of Water STEM program into rural Delaware, Florida and Virginia, providing 2nd and 3rd grade girls with out-of-school learning enrichment and leadership experience. Hope Haven Children's Clinic and Family Center $34,856 to hire a consultant to complete comprehensive energy audits of five Jacksonville nonprofit buildings. International Social Service - America Branch, Inc. Baltimore, MD $111,855 to hire a fund development coordinator, provide fundraising resources and modify an existing database to include fund development and reporting. Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra $150,000 to assist with expenses and organizational rebranding related to search for a new music director. Lancaster Community Library Kilmarnock, VA $71,872 to support a one-year bridge grant to continue funding of the YouthWorks program and to initiate a planning process to ascertain long-term funding model. Lynchburg College Lynchburg, VA $95,000 to establish a branch campus of Lynchburg College in St. Lucia. Medical College of Virginia Foundation, Inc. $105,732 to support a pilot program to provide specialized palliative care education to 32 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) who are working in rural or medically underserved areas in Virginia. Mental Health America of Northeast Florida, Inc. $105,225 to implement a mental health awareness and communications initiative to educate the community on the impact of untreated mental illness. Mountain Mission School, Inc. Grundy, VA $45,515 to purchase e-book curriculum, ipads and multi-dock charging stations to implement a school-wide comprehensive E- Learning program. Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville, Inc. $74,000 to expand educational programming offered free of charge and create special community openings for visitors centered on the three feature exhibitions planned for 2014.

National Trust for Historic Preservation Washington, DC $125,000 to support expansion of a model developed with The Urban Land Institute into four additional U.S. cities to identify and address obstacles to building reuse in areas with complex barriers to reuse. Old Dartmouth Historical Society New Bedford, MA $140,000 to support the implementation and redesign of educational initiatives that align the collection/exhibits with the educational needs of students and historical and cultural opportunities in the community. Old Salem, Inc. Winston-Salem, NC $59,700 to support exhibit design and fabrication that will transform the 1794 Moravian Boy s School into an interpretive site focused on education. Opportunity Center, Inc. $74,224 to pilot a job training and placement program in the health care sector for 10 unemployed post-9/11 veterans with Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder, brain injuries or other mental health disorders. Osborne Association Bronx, NY $135,000 to hire a consultant to strengthen staff and board communication capacity and the organization's messaging and public relations in order to improve advocacy and efforts to lead justice issues. Patrick Henry Memorial Foundation Brookneal, VA $22,663 to improve the organization s internet capacity and upgrade its technology and phone systems. Philadelphia Primitive Baptist Church Port St. Joe, FL $27,090 to support the North Port St. Joe Youth Academic Initiative, which provides academic support for children ages 6-13. Piney Woods School Piney Woods, MS $113,000 to strengthen the organization s capacity by hiring a director of corporate and foundation relations, purchasing new computer hardware and data management software, and contracting with a fundraising consultant. Radford University Radford, VA $105,500 to support the expansion of the Summer Bridge Program, a partnership with Project Discovery that exposes first generation high school girls to education and career options in the STEM fields. Randolph-Macon College Ashland, VA $200,000 to support a partnership with Washington and Lee University, Virginia Commonwealth University and the U.S. Geological Survey to implement a joint water quality monitoring educational and research effort. Saint Leo University Saint Leo, FL $77,038 to continue the teacher technology initiative, which provides 30 pre-service teachers with a backpack of relevant technology tools to use in their field placement, and to develop a summer institute to train Florida teachers to use the technology. Salvation Army $100,000 to support tuition scholarships for homeless children attending the Child Development Center. Shands Jacksonville Properties, Inc.

$108,423 to support a full-time registered dietitian to provide individual and group nutrition counseling to patients in the Total Care Clinic, which serves uninsured patients who do not qualify for Medicaid. Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Louis Province St. Louis, MO $150,000 to support a partnership with the Carondelet Community Betterment Federation, a security assets organization established by a Sister that provides a variety of social services in the community. St. Andrews University Laurinburg, NC $127,200 to conduct a campus-wide energy audit, purchase and install building-level submeters, purchase software to monitor usage and train staff to use the monitoring system. St. Andrews University Laurinburg, NC $100,000 to provide release time for faculty and staff, underwrite costs of attending student retention conferences, and a library resource project. St. John's Cathedral $22,975 to hire a consultant to perform a feasibility study for a capital campaign to raise $3.5 million in facility repairs and improvements. St. Mary's Episcopal Church and Outreach Ministries $30,000 to support staff salaries and general operating expenses for the outreach ministries at St. Mary's Episcopal Church for 2012-2013. St. Pius X Parish Cedar Rapids, IA $90,000 to support a partnership with the Community Health Free Clinic in Cedar Rapids, enabling the Clinic to provide dental services to underserved populations. Stetson University DeLand, FL $100,000 to support a new full-time position to advance a campus-wide internship program. The Citadel Charleston, SC $61,250 to provide scholarships for female and minority students to attend the Citadel Success Institute during the summer to prepare them for the rigors of the Citadel. Trinity Episcopal Church Lancaster, VA $185,375 to help the Northern Neck Food Bank implement its three year strategic plan that aims to increase organizational capacity through staff development, operational efficiencies, and a continued diversification of revenue streams. United Way of Northeast Florida $413,756 to continue to design and build the Jax Jobs internship program for low-income, at-risk youth between the ages of 16-19. University of Florida Gainesville, FL $150,000 to support a three-year implementation evaluation of PACE Center for Girls. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Chapel Hill, NC

$120,000 to expand a partnership between the UNC-CH Gillings School of Global Public Health, NC Central University, and Morehouse College to increase the number of minority students in the field of public health. University of Pennsylvania Philadelphia, PA $140,000 to expand the Penn Summer Mentorship Plus Program to include intensive STEM curricula, ensuring rising high school juniors and seniors are better prepared to matriculate to post-secondary education. University of Richmond $99,920 to pilot the expansion of MSI: Richmond (Math Science Investigators Program) to provide intensive mentored summer research experiences for rising 11th and 12th graders in the Richmond City Public Schools. Virginia Home $100,000 to hire a part-time planned giving officer to implement a formal planned giving program. Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University Blacksburg, VA $125,500 to support the Partnership for Excellence, Access, Retention, Leadership and Success (PEARLS), a comprehensive program designed to expand access to college for first-generation and low-income students. Washington College Chestertown, MD $89,790 to hire a contractor to purchase and install electric sub-meters in 16 campus buildings and produce web-based "dashboard" that shows electricity consumption in real time, and to support college staff time to actively manage and promote project. Wicomico Episcopal Church Wicomico Church, VA $60,000 to assist Linking Hope and Help, Inc. (The Link) with start-up costs and administrative expenses while they create a sustainable business model for their clearinghouse and support services that aid people in need in the Northern Neck. Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library Staunton, VA $50,000 to conduct a feasibility study for a comprehensive capital campaign to renovate campus buildings and grounds, expand the historical collections and expand the endowment for maintenance and education programs. YMCA of Florida's First Coast $151,625 to build capacity by hiring a training and development director, contract with an executive coaching consultant and purchase software for new staff training protocol to create Cause Driven Leaders.
