Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Prorams As a Federal employee or annuitant, you can choose between two Kaiser Permanente traditional HMO plan options. Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantae (HMO) for Federal Members If you re enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B (or Part B only), Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantae for Federal Members may be riht for you. Your FEHB premiums stay the same when you enroll, but you ll have lower cost sharin for most services and better benefits. And you don t need to suspend your FEHB coverae to enroll in this option.
