JOSTEN S & GRAD IMAGES Grad Images (professional photographer) who will be taking pictures of you getting your diplomas the night of the Graduation. Jessica, has cards for you to fill out so that they have your correct contact information. You will be able to view your photographs after Graduation and purchase them, but you must fill out a card ahead of time. All cards filled out THIS EVENING will be eligible for a Starbucks Gift card drawing TONIGHT. All other cards can be dropped off at the Finance/Athletic office after this evening. Jostens is also here for all of your cap and gown needs; see them after presentation.

THURSDAY MORNING MAY 25, 2017 Report to the front of the Main by 7:30 AM Check in with counselors by last name In Auditorium graduates will be arranged by last name We will practice the procession to the field Rehearsal should be completed by 9:30-10:00 AM You are to leave campus after the rehearsal and will exit through the west gate
THURSDAY EVENING Graduates will report to the auditorium no sooner than 5:00 pm and no later then 5:45 pm for check-in and line-up. Remember, Graduates must wear a Tucson High Magnet School cap and gown. It is against Governing Board Policy to adorn or decorate the cap and/or gown in any way. (Policy IKFB) Leave all personal possessions at home or w/a loved one

COUNTDOWN -IN THE AUDITORIUM 5:00-5:45- Once in auditorium, must remain in seat; may use restrooms 5:45-6:15- will go through roll call; important you are in right seat 6:15-6:30- Class of will address graduating class 6:40-we will begin lining up row by row Procession led by Admin, faculty, and honor guard and Class of 7:00 p.m. first graduate on field!

PARKING INFORMATION Limited parking will be available in the parking garage on 8 th Street. Handicapped parking will be available. Parking will be available in the following areas: Roskruge Middle School- $5 U of A parking lot # 7102, 435 N. Fremont Ave.-Free after 5 pm U of A parking lot # 7105, 321 N. Highland-Free after 5 pm District offices, 1010 E. 10 th Street U of A parking garages- $ 5
SHUTTLE SERVICE Buses will transport guests from the District offices and U of A parking lots ( 7102,7105). A bus will depart from the District offices at 4:30 pm. Buses will then make a stop at each location every five minutes between 5 and 6: 30 pm At the conclusion of Graduation, buses will transport guests to the parking lots. This service will be available for an hour.
HANDICAPPED SEATING AND ASL INTERPRETERS
HANDICAPPED SEATING You may obtain seating passes at the conclusion of the meeting in the Vice Principal s office in the Main building. During school hours, you may obtain passes in V 114.
ASL INTERPRETERS We will have a section for guests who require interpreters. Please contact Ms. Jodie Wolfe, 225-5014. Ms. Wolfe will also be available in the Vice Principal s office in the Main building after this presentation.
