The meeting reviewed the reports of its working groups. The meeting confirmed that the work of the DQWG is important but noted that the progress of the DQWG has been quite slow and that the work of the DQWG would be enhanced if more active steps were taken by its members. 2 The current membership list is provided at Annex A. You are kindly requested to confirm your participation in the work of DQWG (Terms of Reference are available from the DQWG section of the IHO website see http://www.iho-ohi.net/mtg_docs/com_wg/tor/dqwg_tor.pdf) by filling in the form at Annex B. 3 The positions of Vice Chair and Secretary are currently vacant. Please indicate whether you are willing to take on either of these two roles on the form at Annex B, to be returned to the DQWG Chair (chris.howlett@ukho.gov.uk), copy to the IHB (pac@ihb.mc) by 31 January 2011. DQWG 3 rd Meeting on 5 November 2010 4 The 3rd DQWG meeting was held in Rostock on 5 November 2010 immediately after the Hydro2010 Conference. This meeting reviewed the outcome and guidance of the HSSC2 meeting, reviewed its Work Program, outlined its future work and decided the next DQWG meeting. The minutes of DQWG-3 are available from the IHO website (see http://www.ihoohi.net/mtg_docs/com_wg/dqwg/dqwg3/dqwg3_minutes.pdf). DQWG 4 th Meeting 14 17 June 2011 5 The DQWG will be holding a meeting to finalise the work being carried out this year and to formulate the future plan. The meeting will take place between 14 and 17 June, 2011 at the headquarters of the Finnish Transport Agency, Helsinki, Finland. It is strongly advised that all

members of the DQWG consider attending this meeting. The draft agenda for DQWG-4 is at Annex C while logistics information for the meeting is at Annex D. 6 Those who plan to participate in the meeting are requested to forward the registration form at Annex E, duly filled, to the DQWG Chair (chris.howlett@ukho.gov.uk), copy to the IHB (pac@ihb.mc) by 30 April 2011.
