Regular exercise and physical activity are extremely important and beneficial for long-term health and well-being. The Incentives program will run on a semester basis, starting the first week in February. Information regarding the program will be given at the Weight Management session Parts 1 & 2 held Friday, Jan. 23, and the Weight Management session Parts 3 & 4 held next Friday, Jan. 30, both in Speare Hall, room 113 from 1:30 to 3:30.
