Clarke Memorial Scholarship & Grant & Heidi Cole Scholarship Award To qualify: An applicant s parent must be a paid member of National TAPPI/PIMA along with participation fees paid to Empire State TAPPI/PIMA for the last three years. The applicant is allowed to submit four applications; one each as a High School Senior, College Freshman, College Sophomore and College Junior.
