K G C C I - M E M B E R O F T H E W O R L D - W I D E G E R M A N C H A M B E R N E T W O R K The Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry KGCCI is your one-stop-shop in Korea. The Chamber has been promoting economic relations between Germany and Korea since its foundation in 1981. KGCCI (or AHK Korea as it is called in Germany) is part of the worldwide German Chamber Network abroad. At 130 locations in 90 countries around the world, the members of German Chamber Network (AHK, short for Auslandshandelskammer) offer their experience, connections and services to German and foreign companies. AHKs are located in all countries which are of special interest for German companies. AHKs are closely connected to the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs) in Germany. Together, they support German companies with building up and extending their business relations to foreign countries. The umbrella organization of the IHKs is the German Association of Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), which also coordinates and supports the AHKs. The AHKs are supported by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy on the basis of a decision by the German Bundestag.
