IMPROVING BIRTH OUTCOMES AND HEALTH OF NEWBORNS CHILDBIRTH & BREASTFEEDING CLASSES Childbirth and breastfeeding education classes at no cost to members Class fees Pregnant members BABY SHOWERS Let us shower you with fun and share information about: Pre- and post-delivery care Healthy eating family planning Baby shower events held at various locations Pregnant members MEALS If you had a baby recently you may be able to get 10 meals after discharge from the hospital 10 meals per authorization Members who have delivered a baby within the past 2 weeks and have been released from inpatient hospital Must be working with a Care manager Prior approval is required Member must be enrolled and working with a care manager in an active treatment plan with appropriate provider ELECTRIC BREAST PUMP Members can get one electric breast pump every two years Electric breast pump Any member who has delivered in the past 30 days Members with a baby in NICU, have up to 90 days to request breast pump after delivery Proof of birth needed MATERNITY SUPPORT HOSE & SUPPORT BELTS We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your pregnancy Maternity support hose and support belts provided at no cost and with no prior approval needed Pregnant members

IMPROVING BIRTH OUTCOMES AND HEALTH OF NEWBORNS continued MATERNITY PROGRAM Having a baby is an exciting time, but you may have questions or need support OB Nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 17P injections give at home to help prevent premature birth Home visits and weekly assessments Education and high-risk pregnancy monitoring Pregnant members CELLPHONE Active Missouri Care members who have a High-Risk Pregnancy diagnosis You can get a cellphone at no cost if: You are in a high-risk pregnancy You are in a care-management program You do not currently have a telephone Phones include unlimited texts and programmed numbers for doctors, care managers and social workers. Qualified members with asthma can get a set of hypoallergenic mattress and pillow casing. Hypoallergenic Bedding Members in a treatment plan for asthma with a provider Members who participate in a Care Management program Members who complete a comprehensive assessment and care plan Members diagnosed with asthma triggered by dust mites Members who complete an Asthma Action Plan PHYSICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES ART THERAPY Making art can support your sense of well-being. Art Therapy is available if you re undergoing cancer treatment, suffering from emotional abuse and post-traumatic stress disorders, or diagnosed with autism. Art Therapy is used to express feeling without words. Art Therapy Missouri Care members 3 and older EQUINE THERAPY Members diagnosed with autism receive 10 horseback-riding sessions per year 10 horseback-riding sessions per year Missouri Care members 6 or older in an active treatment plan with an appropriately designated provider CAREGIVER INFLUENZA VACCINE Your family needs you to be well, too! This is why we offer a no-cost influenza vaccine to caregivers of Missouri Care members who live in the same household. Membership fees for up to 26 meetings per year Transportation to Weight Watchers All qualified Missouri Care members age 13 and older (Members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult) HISET Cover the cost of the HiSET exam for members 16 and older who are not enrolled in high school and do not have a diploma or equivalent certificate.
