Reminder - Upcoming Life Line Screening Event: Community Presbyterian Church is pleased to offer a preventive health event. Life Line Screening, a leading provider of community-based preventive health screenings, will host their affordable, noninvasive and painless health screenings on Friday, September 23 in Fellowship Hall. Men s Fellowship - All Men Invited: The Men s Fellowship meets on the second and fourth Saturday of each month on Sue s Porch at 10:00 a.m. The next meeting this month we will be on: Saturday, September 24. Flu Vaccine Clinic: As part of our continuing partnership with Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian our annual flu shot clinic is scheduled for Sunday, October 23 after the worship service (in front of the Preschool classrooms on the upper level). You must be age 9 or above to receive the vaccine. Minors 9 to 17 years old must have parental consent. You should not get the vaccine if you are allergic to eggs or thimerosol, a preservative in the vaccine. Pregnant women should get a thimerosol free vaccine from their health care provider.
