A Women s Clinic will be hosted one day a month, where women can get their wellness check-up. This includes lab work, annual exam and mammography screening. Cristi will be educating staff on how to access these ports. Idea: Using an alternative extension tubing that can be used by both imaging and nursing; facility wide. Follow up: Great Catch! We ordered these tubes and we will put them to use! Your help is needed to collect positive stories This year, Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital is achieving 65 years of service! To celebrate providing health care to Kit Carson County and surrounding areas, KCCMH is collecting 65 positive short stories or comments about their facilities. If you would like to help us celebrate their 65 years of service by contributing to this project please email your stories to Savannah at shornung@kcchsd.org. These can be positive short stories from working here or as a patient. If you would like to share a favorite memory we would love have it for the collection.
