Welcome Sorors It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2018 Florida & the Bahamas Cluster, which will be held in the tropical paradise city of Palm Beach Gardens, April 13 15, 2018. We invite you to sunny South Florida where you can reunite with sorors from across the state and enjoy the warm southern hospitality. But most importantly, we want you to experience an exceptional cluster that will leave you energized and recommitted to return to your chapters equipped to Empower, Embrace and Engage our communities through public service. As our ranks increase and grow, our vision continues to include all sorors, collegiate and alumnae, as we Renew our pledge to the Delta Oath, Remain mindful of the awesome responsibility to uphold the ideals and achieve the objectives of Delta Sigma Theta, and Rededicate ourselves to the advancement of the 105 year old legacy of our sisterhood. The State Coordinators and State Facilitators along with our host chapters, West Palm Beach Alumnae, South Palm Beach County Alumnae, Glades Alumnae, and Xi Epsilon (Florida Atlantic University), excitedly await your arrival at the luxurious PGA National Resort & Spa, where plans have been made for focused, enlightening, and informative sessions that will provide strategies to empower our region and propel each chapter forward to become wholesome examples for others to follow. We are delighted to offer you a weekend celebration that will include registration, a fellowship-filled Welcome Event, and opportunities for sorors to participate in stimulating workshops, a county-wide Service Project, Ecumenical Service, vendors and entertaining venues for sisterly camaraderie, all designed to make the 2018 Florida & the Bahamas Cluster a true success and a memorable experience. Each registrant must complete the on-line registration form and submit payment via the online service listed on the website. You will receive confirmation via email. Please check to make sure your information is correct. Registration fees are $95 for alumnae and $75 for collegiate sorors. Service Project Live Fresh Inc. is a low cost, mobile, turnkey solution that enables organizations and communities to provide homeless men, women, and children with a fresh shower, personal hygiene essentials and the opportunity to Live Fresh. In doing this, we restore dignity and create a platform for refreshed communities, who generate fresh ideas, and begin embodying the notion: Feeling Revitalized Encourages Sustainable Happiness. Shortly after launching on March 31, 2016, Live Fresh "Palm Beach County" began to receive inquiries from the media as well as from individuals and homeless service providers from around the United States. Organizations wanted to know how they could use the Live Fresh model and best practices to begin restoring dignity in their communities. In an effort to strategically address the ballooning need for our services, we have expanded beyond Palm Beach. We are currently in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade County.
