On receipt of the applications the Bank will scrutinse the applications and select the necessary number of applicants, based on experience, competence in handling such work reasonableness of charges and locational advantage etc. On completion of empanelment formalities, as Stock Auditors, the empanelled list of Stock Auditors will be valid for a period of three years or till further review. The applications received from the date of publication till the final date mentioned therein only will be considered. The Bank reserves the right to choose the necessary number of Stock Auditors among the applications received. A periodical review of the performance will be carried out based on the feedback received from the branches. The Bank reserves the right to reject any of the applications without giving any reason. The decision of the Bank in regard to the selection and empanelment will be final and binding. Those already on the panel of our Bank and also those who have submitted their applications in the past for such empanelment need to apply afresh.
